How Our Deliveries Work
- We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
- We dispatch orders placed before 3pm. All other orders placed after are dispatched the following day unless stated in the product description.
*Please note that, unless otherwise stated, made-to-order items have their own delivery time schedules which do no relate to the below. For these items, the delivery time is stated in the item description.*
Free Delivery: On all UK Orders over £20
Standard: Royal Mail - £2.95
If you place your order before 3pm on weekdays, then it will be dispatched the same day. It will normally arrive within 2-3 working days, although this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer.
Delivered when you’re not at home?
The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel.
You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange a delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first before we do so.
To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address - for example, your work address.
Overseas Postage - Europe
We use Royal Mail Airmail European postage.
Western Europe includes Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg and The Netherlands.
Postage cost is £5
Overseas Postage - Rest of the WOrld
We use Royal Mail Airmail for all overseas postage.
Postage cost is £10
It usually takes 5 working days for a parcel to arrive, but it can take up to one month (delivery dates depend on your country's postal service). You may be charged a fee by your local Customs Office depending on the value of your order. You can check this with your country's Customs Office.

You are welcome to return any unwanted items in line with your statutory rights (except in the case of personalised items). The return address is HOWKAPOW, The Old Boiler House, Menzies Road, Dover, Kent, CT16 2HQ. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of damages.
Items with an incorrectly supplied address or held at the local delivery office and returned are treated as returns and may either be resent for the appropriate postal fee or treated as a return (in which case the product cost but not the postage will be refunded).
